Policies
Payments are to be made through PayPal or major credit cards. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to make a payment. I do not accept checks or money orders. I can accept cash for local orders.
Shipping:
Orders will be sent to the address provided through PayPal unless you request otherwise. All items are shipped via USPS first class or USPS priority shipping with delivery confirmation. If you would like shipping insurance, please request this at the time of purchase. I do recommend this as I cannot be held responsible for the item once it has been shipped.
Returns on in stock Items:
If there is a flaw with an item you have purchased, please contact me to discuss repairing or replacing the product. Many items can be fixed, or in the case of a serious flaw (manufacturing defect) I may simply replace the item. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on unwashed and unworn items within 2 weeks of the purchase. I will not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing problems, wrong colors, etc. I have made every effort to ensure that my listings accurately reflect the color, size, and function of my items. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and if a refund is in order, it will be for price paid, less shipping.
Returns on Custom Items:
Custom items are just that, made custom and especially for you! Because of that, I will not accept returns for these items unless there was a mistake on my behalf. Please check and double check the measurements you send me. If you have any questions about measuring your child, do not hesitate to contact me! If the item is defective, please let me know as soon as possible to discuss repairs, or replacement within 2 weeks from the shipping date. Shipping charges will be your responsibility.
